WebTicket allows your customers to enter orders online using any browser and send their deliveries to your dispatcher. WebTicket increases productivity by eliminating the need for taking orders solely by phone enabling your organization to grow the business. It provides individual tracking information for your customers, minimizing the time you spend to maintain the conveniences required to keep your customers happy.

Courier customers can place orders, track them, view outstanding invoices and run several different reports. WebTicket Pending Jobs screen is a live connection to the dispatcher's desk. It allows the customer to see the status of each job in real-time from pending to assigned, pickup and delivered. Proof of Delivery signature is instantly displayed after the delivery is completed.

Getting Started

A minimal transaction charge will be applied to each order submitted through WebTicket. The ADOC on-line system will track all orders submitted and will bill the appropriate account accordingly at the end of the month. WebTicket integrates 100% with DISPATCH!.

If you don't have an existing web presence, ADOC can host and maintain your website so there is no need for you to purchase or lease additional equipment.
